Many of the pivotal moments in my career were based on the growth planning I was able to provide to small businesses in the retail industry. Through a 7-year stint working for a start-up, my love of discovery, coaching, and training others blossomed, which furthers my desire to continue lifting others up and watching their businesses grow!
